Women - Where is that power?

Now, I've been online for the better part of the day. Well aware that today is International women's day.

And I was searching for that power, that perfect video that would encapsulate everything that i believed a woman should be in under one minute. I was searching for that power, that power that i believe a woman should have, the aggression to devour.
Not the woman who is sitting next to her or the woman i see in the mirror whose imperfections are highlighted by the mirror. No, i was searching for that power that women should have.

That power that Barack Obama had when he said - Yes, we can
That power that martin Luther had when he said - I have a dream
That power that Maya Angelo had when she said- You may write me down in history with your bitter twisted lies, you may trod me in the dirt  but still like dust, I rise.

I was searching for that power that a woman should have not to cringe back when a man stands up to give his opinion. No
I was searching for that power that a woman should have to lift her sister up rather than bring her down. Where is that power?
