The Fight To Write: A Transparent Letter

I've held to the habit
of spilling my woes
but some nights I feel
like closing these doors

Over a month
of my fluctuations on display
it's worth it to do this
but so much energy it takes

This is how I move forward
I won't stop
but when my energy is low
that's exactly what I want

I'll carry on
I'll keep writing
but my spills might be sparse
while I spend energy fighting
