Choose Your Battles Wisely
Hellions and monsters creeping into
A sanctuary undeserved
A haven stolen
Heathens orchestrating devastation
Drawn to dark obsession
Infecting innocents with an
Inclination towards the
Darkest way to find peace
Labyrinth inside a rabbit hole of
Shame, fear, and built
Endless in its winding swirls
Like drills into my brain
Strange infecting blood
Ravishing vital organs
Cleansed with muttered prayers
Reclaiming my thoughts barely
Exhausting battles
Depleting wars
Exercising judgement on the
Battles and wars
Neurotic obsession over the choices
Made during the battles a
Worrisome occurrence on repeat
A endless loop of toxic insanity

These sound like some badass heavy metal lyrics from my younger days. That may not be your intention, however, they are admired as such.... Nice words.
