Watered Thoughts
I've began severing ties
Shirts and suits
I don't wanna be like those guys
I'm red like some shepperdish skies
Green for an envious prize
Find me like Wally in a page full of childish lies
See my ideas aren't original
My brain waves have an easy flow
But when manifested conscious streams travel through social valleys to the great lakes of eternal hope
Be like water, a lost philosophy dammed by blocks of concrete
Travelators have replaced the roads that we already walk down on life's so called easy street
Alas, I'm a hypocrite
And I pass judgement on the life i live
I don’t think we need to change too much but just think a little different

I like this. I once heard one of my college professor say that water is lazy and takes any shape. The latter of course fitting to this piece, but the lazy part he explained that water will follow the path of least resistance, but enough of it and it's a powerful force.
Then again Wally finds Wally and I'm excited for this poem.
