EXPOSE THE MIND

I’m going inside,
it’s not a nice place,
there’s too much confusion
for such limited space.
I’m breathing real deep,
I’m slowing right down,
holding my tongue,
releasing my frown.
I’m not going to tell
what it is I find,
it can be detrimental
to expose the mind
to interpretation of
an outside source.
