Little Sister
Dear little sister,
You've saved me more times than you could ever imagine,
You stay stuck to me like glue even when I want you loose.
Cheerful and energetic-always wearing a smile,
Always wondering why is it I'm sad, why I cry.
I may be grumpy and mean most of the times,
But I'm protecting you from things you're too young to understand.
I need you alert, cautious, I don't want u lost...my smart girl,
I don't want your head in the clouds, feet firmly on land.
I know I won't be Able to keep you in the dark much longer,
When the time comes you'll understand why I did it, why you've gotta be stronger.
I know you look up to me, I wanna be the best role model I can,
Cause you're always there for me-my #1 fan,
I love you more than you know-
Even though I don't frequently show it-you won't have to face this cruel world alone,
I'll be there every step of the way,
I'll be your #1 fan ❤

With the dangers that are waiting for you out there protecting each other is all you've got.
Street smarts or streetwise is as important as knowledge from books.
You can have both a formal education and lessons from the university of life.
As girls and also women you will be more vulnerable because to those who don't know you they only see easy prey.
Stay strong
Believe not only in yourselves but the divine spirit as well.
