I can resonate a lot Nikki, with loved ones and friends with their anxiety levels raising, the advice I've given them if you can videocall, talk to family & friends if you can, watch your old programmes the ones you've enjoyed, listen to your favourite music, I hope you'll be ok 🌹

I like facts as well. I’ve stopped listening to the news.  Quite evident I wasn’t going to receive them there.  What I am finding a great deal of solace in, when my stomach flares up to a heightened state of supreme nausea thinking about all this are the lovely poems and beautiful photos attached by poets like yours!  I love that picture!  While I am a great admirer of artists I sit sometimes and wonder how come I can’t do that?  It’s a conundrum felt round my block :-)  your piece is so astute and well pointed no more be said and that art is spectacular.  Thank you for making my stomach ache subside for a bit! H 🌷
