Gone

She lies motionless in her dingy chair,
With a frozen face and an empty stare.
The smell of dog piss fills the air,
All the while she sits without a care.

I call her name, but no ones home,
Shes somewhere in the twilight zone,
And so I write to her this poem;
Because the mom I had is gone.
