Elevated..

Lifted to a level
so lovely..
elevated
to the skyline
"lying supine in the sunshine."

Found a place to
feel free
and full of glee
in the comfort of this
tipped over tree
high enough
 to hide me,
secluded enough to
evoke this
otherworldly sense
of serenity seducing me..

The green is glaring
and overgrown,
overtaking,
this slice of jungle
hidden between
 abandoned bungalows,
  away from civilization
but pretty soon this scene
so stunning and sublime
will be deleted, leveled
only to be another space
for this species to claim.

I cherish the beauty
however brief,
bask in the temporariness
of it all
which can at times
bring weariness..
I've learned to not fear the abyss
or let that fear
tear me to bits
or convince me to call it quits
furthermore I must resist
from ruining this reality
for myself
by myself.
I seem to suffer more in mind
than I do in real time
but it's when I set foot
in the forest
or a field or any area
animated with the aura of Gaia
that I then gain access to
an ancient glory..
never gone
just forgotten..

Amalgamation with the mystery,
with the part of the
imagination
uninvaded
with ideas or memories..
Awareness superseding sensory abilities,
profound psychological agility
unleashed which was
previously inconceivable
let alone believed and applied
but as I ride the rhythm
of reality revolving
around all those involved
I begin to see and
remember
there's no problem to be solved
(so simply)
no secrets to mystify
no "pure",
no "perfect",
or predictable point of view
nothing and everything is
new at once
look deep enough
examine the well of wonder
within
while you still can..
