My own monstrosity

My own monstrosity has turned me into a beast,
I'm no longer a girl not in the least,
Its all reflected back at me,
Lust, anger and misery,

Its in my eyes despair and regret,
My own monstrosity makes me a threat,
I don't wanna hurt anyone,
I promise I'll put down the gun,

I am only a beast on the outside,
If you don't believe me look in my eyes,
My own monstrosity is a curse unknown,
It doesn't matter what I am it doesn't matter if I'm alone,

When they call me a beast,
It makes me weak,
When they throw rocks and stones,
It shatters my
bones,

If you think I'm different I'll show you I can be,
I am beyond my own monstrosity
