Invisible

The truth is out there to discover
The lies you can uncover
The thoughts you can share each other
The evil you can smother

I'm not trying to create music just art
You might not think this at the start
I speak from my heart
My emotions they don't depart

I'm not rhyming because I want to rap
It's a way I can read the map
I look at my fingers and snap
Finally I can nap

Poems are thoughts you can't seem to lose
It's why you write, it's your muse
Without writing, your heart has a bruise
No chance to lay and snooze

I write to clear my brain
If not I go insane
Even then I'm in pain
As my energy continues to drain

I want to have a normal feeling
But my mind's wall is peeling
My body isn't healing
My future isn't appealing

I write what I believe
I don't write to deceive
I write so you can receive
And use my thoughts and achieve

I'm not sure who I want to become
My ideas they stay mum
My hope becomes a crumb
My body will be numb

Rhyme might seem useless
But the honest truth is
Emotions are ruthless
So I have to do this

You have to be open to all explanations
You have to not have expectations
Enjoy life's new sensations
And the world's new creations

I'm not full of life's answers you sought
I'm not what you wanted caught
The lessons can't be taught
The answers can't be bought

I write metaphors in the lines
Sometimes we can't see the signs
Sometimes we just step on mines
We can't avoid life's designs

It might seem like nonsense
Are you even conscious
Most of the time my body is unconscious
And I feel nauseous

I'm not looking to make you feel terrible
I'm not a scientist with the perfect variable
I try to make my life bearable
My heart is hardly even wearable

I end it here with my life story
More failure than glory
Less excitement more worry
Nothing there for me
