IT IS NOT EASY TO HAVE FAITH.
Faith, they think you are a piece of cake.
They don't know that you are hard to reach.
You require lots of thoughts and depth.
Only active minds your sphere can reach.
They imagine faith is weakness' fruit.
Only sluggish persons savour it.
They don't know that only clever saints
can that lofty jubilee attain.
How can man neglect his wealth and fame
so that he can live a state so high?
It's not easy to believe in Christ
if you don't feel the price of His love.

Don't you find other meanings for "JUBILEE", for example: exultant joy. Look it up In OXFORD DICTIONARY & THESAURUS. I think this meaning can fit the sentence.
I think you are confusing "jubilee" with "jubilation".

to reach the sphere of faith.
You claim that there are
lots of them
which means you ken
the number and consitency
of all their kith and kin
and surely should be able, then,
to list, spell out in depth, a few.
So spill the beans
so I will know what thoughts to think
to have an active mind
and be allowed an entrance to the place upstairs
that only saints are fain to go,
even if it’s true
that works and not just thinking thoughts
are what the Scriptures say a faithful man must do
if he is to be deemed a person who
is worthy to be going there.
