It lies there heavy in my heart
Resting upon some ventricle probably to the left
As I am left handed
The emptiness I can feel
Enveloping my being
Who can see the sunrise?
When all it does is rain on earth
And sparks ignite in Heaven
Upon a bleak summer's day

Reading this poem made me think of the recent Bushfires along the East Coast of Australia, followed by flooding rains, we have had many bleak summer's days this year and there are many people with heavy hearts.
