As I were sitting on the beach
One glorious day last year
I thought I heard your gentle voice
Whisper in my ear
I thought I heard you saying
The words I'd longed to hear
Blowing about on the gentle winds
Though you were no-where near
And when I turned towards the seas
My eyes looked up above
Searching for my memories
Of my one and only love
