more like placental unions
waiting for rebirth
still hoping we will renew
twins of hope and pain
sharing sun and rain
as much as rock and earth

Just a secret thought

I can't take credit for that word, though. An imaginal cell is the cell in say, a butterfly when it's just a caterpillar. The butterfly genes manifestation hides away in these different cells until pupation.
