I Miss Home Because Small Town Living is Making Me Question Humanity
I been running like a rat in a cage
this world lately is a cesspool of density
everyone has the answer
yet everyone is wrong
and I'm sorry I can't be there
to the ones I care for
you are losing your fucking mind
sorry, I have to take care of mine
tell the Gods to be kind
when they rape your ass like life has
I'm not broke enough to give in
rather fight for what I believe in
even when it leaves me secluded
the road ahead is dark
the clouds fill the sky
I hope I don't offend
when I say leave me be
I just can't handle it anymore
stupidity that is poisoning you
won't poison me
get your guns
hide them in the basement
let's see what a good shot you are
when you're so damn scared
you can't even steady your hands
you accept the world is evil
but you won't accept it can change
my only advice is don't fear death
make death fear you
I carry a gun
but strengthen my body to fight
and strengthen my mind for hope
I do so because I want change
though I know it won't come
not when there is too many ignorent
minds not thinking logically
can't blame them
not when they're being led by liars
ashes to ashes dust to dust
bury your kids in the dirt
but I'm not going peacefully
not without a fight
