let mad dog blood boil
in your veins as you
growl poems of
rage

let the murder in your
heart sing to
the host of
heaven

let the dreams in
your soul be
dust

let the lies in your mind
build unconqured
mountains

let the darkness in your
soul take you
by the
hand

let the path you walk
be forever
lost

let the wine on your
lips empty the
bottle

let the songs you sing
be for yourself
and only for
yourself

it is only when you
arrive in this
place

filled with tears of
absurdity and  
wretchedness

will there be unity with
the wild, untamed
animal of
self

and the nights will
play a symphony
to your
life

as burning angels fall from
the gates of paradise
like dying
stars
