Shakeing and crying on this cold floor lost and scared not knowing what to do.

Feeling like a burden to everyone around.

Numb to the touch hollow in my mind thinking of what to do and trying to calm down.

Scared of losing the person I hold dear scared to make a sound for fear of being hurd.

Feeling like I am torturing others by the way I am now.

Vomiting in the middle of the night because of the things torturing me inside...
