I’m Alive
Yes I’m alive
I have survived
I know I’m here
Can feel the sun again
There were times
I thought I was done
Found my breath
My still beating heart
Blocked the cries
Of the world
Felt like it was me
That was dying
Struggled with doubts
With just being
Life unfolded
I curled up
But here I am
A little more weathered
Little more bruised
Still alive
I have survived
I know I’m here
