I remember when I used to call you
My love...
I remember when I first fell in love with you;
This love
Enveloped me
And made me
Extraordinarily
Warm inside...
And in my eyes
You never did wrong;
Independent and strong
You are
And far
Was never where I wanted you
To be...
But now I see,
As I look at you,
That you don't feel the same for me...
All this time
I thought you were mine,
But you just wanted me to be
Someone other than me...
My love,
You have changed me...
But love
Isn't what it used to be...
My love
Doesn't want me;
And now I don't know if I can be
Without my love...
