Perchance to Romance
The gold of Pre-Raphaelite dream motion
Follows a path known only to man
On her sashay hip angel walk
With waitress, wardrobe whistled away
For Velcro bodysuit samba nature woman
With Honduran headdress of tresses
Dangling like a mushroom crown
Of blonde rooted in dark magic
Whose necromancy spells my name
With inkjet sorcery symbols
Of black lipstick petroglyphs
Sprinkled with essence of cocoa
For a flirt spice mélange

Well said. Didn't rhyme but such beauty in feeling like a simple man. We all have dreamed about other women. Well said.

I mostly write in unrhymed free verse that I learned when getting my BA in creative writing at the unisersity. Thank you for the compliment on me being a simple man. However there is more to me than meets the eye.

Thank you so much, my friend, for attaching that perfect link here. I have become enamored with this waitress at a Mexican restaurant. For months when we are alone in the dining area she has asked me very personal questions as though sizing me up for a match. She especially probes me about my marriage and why my wife and I broke up.lol
