Heh, I do know how that is. So, I suppose French is your first language? I presume the title to be French... forgive me if I'm mistaken.

The title is French. English is my first language, and French tis said, is the language of love. Paris has been called "the city of love." The Pont de l’Archevêché over the Seine in Paris has been called "the bridge of love" because couples would place padlocks on its chain-link sides symbolizing their enduring love. Hence the phrase from the poem, "where now my love lies bound."
