Not worthy
It's frustrating how much my heart can't convey
Loneliness
Emptiness
Hurt
All the pain
Memories
like permanent pictures
in my mind
Keep me awake
Makes me feel I won't ever be enough
My confidence fizzled
I silently wonder why
What did I do to deserve this pain
Mental
Physical
emotional
I constantly feel like I am not worth anything to anyone
Just a trophy for you to put on your shelf
there for your convenience
not worthy of anything else.

It can feel like a downhill spiral can't it? I find silence to feel heavy at times. Almost suffocating and then I slide down deeper into my own head. Never a good feeling. I am glad you are writing it out. Keep writing my friend :)
