MAN on/in The MOON ~ (a silly perspective on our provenance)

through the night and alights on
            first shots of dawn.

A direct hit in the eye of "our" moony Moon.
Soon, Moon, there'll construction booms,
and rites of man-made mining, hopefully
pulling obscene capitalist riches right from
            the stony gut of you.

with advertisements big enough to be seen
from Earth.  
 
Commerce/commerce/commerce Moon.
The monetary elite will be even elite'r whilst
Earth has been ravaged for abstract fortunes
while so many are displaced and starved by
everlasting blood'lust Wars here on Earth, over want of
 imperial supremacy, hubris glory, the yankee dollar,
 (& maybe an endorsement from The Vatican).
 
MoonMoonMoon. Someone's singing the praises
of Moon, first step toward the occupation armies
flying to Mars.......and well beyond.  This is the  oncoming
   ideal
              of human power'lust
