You'd think it would be the most natural and easy thing in the world, to be oneself, and accept it as the best option - and yet it seems to take decades to be able to know oneself well enough to "settle" in being oneself. Thankfully, we're all in this together.

I gotta wonder, though...how come it took
me so long to notice...that being "me" was

I mean...being myself didn't just happen all of a sudden...

I feel like this as well. But maybe together through our words we can maybe view a sliver of hope that we are more than just what we appear....or what we have been told we are, maybe we are far more than we ever dreamt we could be...
