Exposed heart I

Exposed heart

Sitting here and I'm looking in your eyes,
I wish I could cry.
We both reminiscing about our past,
The gloves are off,
We both speaking with exposed hearts,
Regrets and what if's are on the mark.

I think we both can't forgive time
It's passing by was it's only crime.
If I could turn it back even for a second,
I'd take it back
And pause it where it was only you and i.

Now you are lying in a coffin
And I'm about to say my final goodbye.
The only thing I'd like to say is 'what the best thing you are'.
Even though history might argue otherwise
But in my heart believe me I know you are.

I have nothing to hold back
I'm speaking with an exposed heart,
Even though bleeding it still pounds.

I still can't believe I took my heart
And wasted it on you who cared less for it.
Now you gone, you leaving me with scars,
How am I supposed to move on with this?
How can all those I'm sorry you didn't say be forgiven?
How are these scars supposed to heal?
I have gave you my heart
and you toyed with it.
Only wish you could answer me back
And I could hear what you have to say in your defense.
Just know you remain unforgiven,
The only thing that tears me apart is not seeing my hands wield the exe that will be judgement for your sins.
