Yesterday's Storms
They want us to ignore their iniquities to appease their fragile egos
My response to that type of mindset is a resounding HELL NO
We must show intestinal fortitude and refuse to conform to the norm
Especially when we're still suffering from the ill effects of yesterday's storms
They want us to just move on unless it's a cause they want us to pause for
Like the Holocaust, prior wars or scores of other things they want us to recall
Don't fall for the banana in the tailpipe just to be liked by anyone
GOD created each and everyone equal who resides up under the Sun
