Slow process

Not as present on the pages recently
as I'd like to be,
it's one of those periods where not much
gets said or done..
just reflecting I suppose
questioning what I think I know
looking at all the ways in which
I need to grow,
it can certainly be a slow process
depending on how deep
 you find yourself in despair or darkness.
