Of manning the gates
of a real Democracy

Believing
in sad excuses
of broken promises
full of forked tongue
intent

No longer willing
to make the sacrifices
to man the gates

Believing the odd
one man band
can make a change

To stop
all the things
that should not be

Grass roots
