I Am

I AM the darkness in space
i see through your eyes with gaze
as you look upon yourself in amaze
seeing true color for the first time
eyebrows raised, I AM the spirit
light as night you cant catch a phrase
esoteric view of daylight always stays
Hidden it remains
says it when it rains
when it pours or drains
when wars left stains
where land was claimed
when your son was named
it has all been framed
it was all played
from the beginning it became
and all will remain
in your eyes sending signals to your brain
to understand life and its gains
looking at you we're the same
so much a like you cant complain
but you call yourself by a different name
all the differences to stay sane
within this reality plane
this existence in shame
its been playing a great game
the universe at shame
tho its got no one to blame
it understands human pain
but would love to see you refrain
from giving your ego the fame
peace, love and unity in this game
selfish play will suffer you name it
from YOU coming to your senses
about the ONE without pretenses
and no shows, no egos, the real the truth
