YOPJ - SuperMom Saves Thanksgiving (sort of!)

I'm no caterer. I bred one of those. She's amazing. This is her 4th Thanksgiving. This year; two birds. Duck, baby!
 
So I'm not the "Star of This Show." This episode I'm a side character. But without me the holiday would have bombed. I'm convinced. First thing, I got up, took care of important wake-up rituals for busy moms like me... and that included prepping food and washing dishes. Prepping, like I chopped an onion. A bunch of celery. Dehydrated slices of bread.... okay. So the food part was an underwhelming service.
 
But the kitchen countertops and tables and dishes were all clean... meaning when my dear adult chef came over with two bags of groceries, she was all set to go. Other than a few other cool family woman maneuvers... that was the deed! But watch! That bunch of dishes being caught up was pivotal.
 
Being a superhero is all about rescuing at the point of critical failure. Only you know what that is in your family. Happy Thanksgiving.
