HIS STORY IS LONG
I see this old guy once a week or so,
walking with short swift steps
....to buy his groceries, immortal....
...adept at his continuity...
....striding and sliding through infinity.....
.....his mind hiding unknown glorious stories....
He shuffles along , enduring old pain
Yet he refuses to use a cane
HE has yet to surrender to life's inane song
Insane suggestions with an unanswered questioning song
..and I'm sure that his story is long....
