Dark Closet Confessions II

Come here darling, come here and sit right down with me
Yes this closet is dark but things aren't always what they seem
Cigarette my love? Perhaps Some Gin?
I've got those til the end and now let me tell you about our dearest friend
You know she likes to hide her light she was told it shown too bright
So brooding and mercurial she stays
Don't play the hero she was told ever since she was well 5 years old
Never works out for little girls that way
Demons yes she loves them too cause Angels lie they always do even though she'd never trusts a soul
She would sit and write on a rainy night and that's when she would glow
While her company was of her blood the light was driving them insane
So they beat her black and blue honestly, what else to do? Til she was darker than they feigned.
She never really learned to play or speak her mind but that's okay
To live is just to work until you die
She always would apologize for her breath or crying eyes as she sat the light began to fade.
But not to worry a knight would come and save her from the things they'd done
This silly little play she had conceived
Still.....and still yet no one came just her parents there to scream her name as her father yells he needs a drink
The black she wore what it stood for they thought it all a fad
But she mourns more for games than gore and a childhood gone bad...
Though  we're not done but hold my glass as I grab a candlestick alas, this flame is almost gone much like her dreams
When I return Ill tell you more you've no idea just whats in store for our dearly dark departed little lass.
