Before I eat my food I tell it,

Not meant to be menacing. To the nihilist, food just gets turned into excrement, when in reality food also turns into the energy we use to manifest our intentions. We can manifest excrement-like actions (hate, greed, selfishness), or we can manifest wholesome intentions (love, sharing, compassion), and they are all energized by the same food.
