Killdozer

"God built me for this job.
I think God will bless me to get the machine done.
To drive it.
To do the stuff that I have to do."

One man has a nightmare.
One man has a dream.
When the two collide to create the machine.

Treated so unfairly.
Cowards at the least.
Time to make them pay with a visit from the beast.

There's some magic in the air.
Everyone's sight's impaired.
There's a deed that's to be done.
I will be the chosen one.

Rolling thunder made of fury.
Desperation making way.
Beast of steel on the road.
This is the Killdozer's day.

One man with a method.
One man with the means.
One man at the controls of an invincible machine.

Razing buildings to the ground.
In a rampage across town.
Every effort is a failure to bring the Killdozer down.

Every weapon brought to bear.
Metal monster doesn't care.
Watching through bulletproof eyes.
And the legend never dies.

Rolling thunder made of fury.
Desperation making way.
Beast of steel on the road.
This is the Killdozer's day.

Now the dust has settled around the peaceful corpse.
Every target annihilated along its course.
In life, its quest was a success, and yet it lingers on.
The rage of the Killdozer is never truly gone.

Resisting every mission.
In the face of death it laughs.
Crushing all opposition.
Folding cars and trucks in half.

Rolling thunder made of fury.
Desperation making way.
Beast of steel on the road.
This is the Killdozer's day.

"I was always willing to be reasonable until I had to be unreasonable.
Sometimes reasonable men must do unreasonable things.
…unreasonable things.
…unreasonable things.
…unreasonable things."

Author's Note
The only reason I feel comfortable writing a song like this about this event is that the only person harmed physically was the perpetrator himself. Quotes from the beginning and end were recorded by the man who created the Killdozer.
All writing remains the property of the author. Don't use it for any purpose without their permission.
