Stillness

I am, in the stillness of a moment,
One hundred thousand lifetimes of sands spent
With time caught for a brief sunsets glow'in,
In the stillness of a moment, I am.

When the squirrels calls quiet, winds die,
Leaves shiny backs lovely, hang yellow
Green and brown under clearest skies
Winds die, when the squirrels calls quiet.

As day ends in twilit amber, solace comes,
For darks womb to cradle beings on earth
As slumber takes children into sweet dreams,
Solace comes, as day ends in twilit amber.
