sometimes it's nice to have silent watchers
they can be reassuring...

this is off topic but this write made me think of a time
when I was delusional... during that period I believed
the photos on the wall had the power to attack me...

your write is nothing like that I get the more the feeling
of quiet sentients looking out for you...

anyway that's what your poem made me feel
which is really quite something in my current state of apathy...

On shrooms i get suspicious of them.
They give some of my friends the creeps lol
On the opposite wall i have a giant John Coltrane blue train poster framed and art going all the way up the wall by my staircase. Art is my muse. I love most things handmade.

What's interesting is that all three paintings look like it could very well be of the same person portrayed.  I guess, i'd just like to believe that, different times, at different ages.
Its welcoming that they don't talk, because most talk is just utter nonsense anyway.

When I buy paintings I look for a specific
look on the face, basically i like the meloncoly slightly judgemental face.

No wall is bare in my house.

Your placement is great- the eye ( or mine ) is really drawn to the middle piece. Something about the face.  

Art is a comfort waiting to exercise its rights through us.  

I love creative expression, my mom is an artist and she can paint, draw anything with all types of mediums. I need art around me. I love when you can hold a clay pot and feel where the person who made it put their hands, i looove  good brush strokes. I would also LOVE to able to paint or draw but I have no talent in that area sadly. My mind sees in ways my hand can't 😭

The melancholy drips palpably here ... Bless and love ... ..
