At one point, this concept was trying to be a longer poem but I ran out of steam. Two sentences is just about all I can wrangle at the moment!

Gotta admit, the two-sentence thing is appealing. I've had a few others flit in & out of my mind at odd moments since I wrote this one. Haven't managed to pin them down on a page yet though.

Thank you. I also got quite caught up in the horror of the idea... someone who is supposed to be absolutely trustworthy and helpful, turning out to be quite the opposite...
It's almost better as just a two sentence snippet than it was when I was trying to make more of it. More room for the imagination to run....
