The cell phone swivels like a lasso
Crowded sidewalks coming on to its camera
Maybe I am looking for company
As a detached observer of myself
It is a disturbing experience
Maybe I have changed...
And the world has become vague
Dreamlike, ... I am outside reality ...
While looking at the videos...
A pleasant emotional response to isolation
My body sensations...
My body emotions belonging to those images...
It is normal to be sleepy in the afternoon
A loss of control over my solitude

There's a lot of subtle and not so subtle tension here, Marks. It lulls the reader into the dreamlike state with you.
Not certain why, but I related the ending to my own personal experience of feeling so relaxed in my own solitude I felt sleep was an intruder abducting time from me.
