Sometimes
I feel it all
The weight of the world
Hits me so hard
I can't breathe
My mind
Is driving me insane
Overthinking everything
So much goes on
All around me
I wish it would freeze
Or at least go slower
It's overwhelming
I feel like
I could break
At any moment

Yet another profoundly identifiable piece. I think, like me, you are a highly sensitive and empathetic individual. It's a beautiful thing and a curse at times because we do feel things much more profoundly. To become comfortably numb would be much easier but then change would never occur. I love this Oscar Wilde quote, "Be yourself because everyone else is taken."
