NAKED CORNER

I long thought 'Not going to happen -  
me going nude in my back garden;  
there just isn't enough privacy  
when my upstairs flat neighbours can see!"  
But I found if you choose right time of day,  
where there is a will there is a way!  

I lately took up my pre-dawn run  
as me-time exercise and for fun.  
Once back at my side door, from lit street,  
I see my backyard shady, discreet,  
If upstairs neighbours' windows aren't lit  
I know where to go to leave off kit.  
 
I slip to corner behind my shed,  
there slip off my run kit to naked.  
let my skin say Hi to open air,  
around the curves of my body bare.  
There I cool down, get back breath, unwind  
like Adam at the dawn of mankind.
 
I take a short walk round my patio
with no one about to give a shocked 'Oh!'
before going indoors for shower  
and breakfast over one or more hour  
before I dress to go to my work,  
with no embarrassed or guilty smirk.
