Genesis One Preaches THEISTIC EVOLUTION

On FaceBook i belong to a group that discusses the origins questions:
why is the universe here? How did life come about?
Fundamentalist Christians that are part of the group always claim that evolution says Man is just an accident.
Life is meaningless if u believe in evolution, according to YEC (Young Earth Creationists).
They have made the big mistake of turning evolution over to the atheists completely.
"We have to define evolution according to how the atheists define things" - the YECers act like.
I say No-No-No. The atheists' s definition isn't mandatory at all.
MY version of evolution is God-centered. In short, its THEISTIC EVOLUTION (in which Man is NOT an accident.)

According to Genesis 1.20,24 God turned the job of creating life over to "the waters..the earth.." which means to Nature.
But in addition to the original life forms, SPECIATION follows.
We read that the rule is "reproduction according to kind" - but at the same time speciation takes place !!
So the implication is that EVOLUTION is taking place !!
For there is an "abundance" of lifeforms immediately  following God's command that "the waters bring forth life,"  and for "the earth" to "bring forth life" "according to kind."
Now, because no other process is given, we are led to attribute the great variety of species purely to "reproduction according to kind."
So mere reproduction is serving "double-duty."
Dogs are producing more dogs, but at the same time, a very rare dog produces OTHER than another dog, ok ??

How does Genesis One support the evolution of Man from the lower primates ??
Well, we read that God arranges for "the earth" to "bring forth the beasts of the field and cattle and the creeping things," followed by Man as created directly by God(Gen.1.25-26).
But wait a minute. "The creeping things" can mean the tree shrews which were the precursors to the (tree-climbing) primates.
So the order of the mammals here connects the primates (in the form of "the creeping things") and Man, in as much as Man comes right after "the creeping things," ok ??
The mammals reproduce "after their kind" but then God reproduces "after His kind" -- almost.
It says, "Let us make Man in Our image, after Our likeness," Gen.1.27).
(Which is close enuff to God saying "after Our kind.").
Man, being given dominion over all other species, is to be considered, here in Gen.1.26-28,
God's reproduction of Himself - to some extent.
