Good vs Evil

Good & evil are subjective based on perspective
Depends on what's taken as a Hard Knocks elective
Society's selective in whom they have empathy for
It's plain as day if you choose not to willfully ignore
 
Outside the door is a hypocritical world
In which we're viewed based off our borough
Be thorough in the assessments of testaments
Don't base a person's value off the price of rent
 
Invent avenues to get back to free thought
Deception's used as a weapon in things taught
We've bought into it because it's been on repeat
Saying things enough times is a strategic deceit
 
They beat assimilation in our heads 'til we're dead
If you hunger for knowledge it's time to get fed
Red, black & green leads to the Kings & Queens
Instead of thugs, hoes & other demeaning things
