Blade
Apprehension
Cold
Hard
Steel
Pressed against flesh
Inhale
No more regrets
Wrist now impaled
The blade sliding along
Warm stinging pain
A stream of blood
Following behind
An inch at a time
Leaving separated flesh
Marked in red
The tip touching a vein
Momentary suspension
Cut
No restrain
A stream now a river
A gash from a sliver
Collapsing onto the floor
Fading to blackness
No more
Cold
Hard
