I do love the "Self-Power" in this piece of brave ink Kitty...as the Buddha pointed out...we must all be lanterns unto our-self. In Zen practice there is a wonderful term...joriki...it is the highest point of concentration you can reach. A oneness in the moment and a state of mind that allows you to be completely free and in control of yourself and your circumstances. It's the strong, individual power that arises when your mind unifies in Zazen concentration (seated meditation).

I try for that state, however, it is a life long practice. Getting there is done in small steps. Thank you for kind words Harry. May you forever follow the 4 nobel truths.
