Fourteen Rapid Months Gone So Slow

.......months gone quick
                             and draggin' ass
                                   s l o w.........an olde
                               Slow Drag               like
the bottom go'down blueblack bruised by the tension
of tears,
blood blood blood in vicious tears.

You cannot be gone so long, now.  Pleas don't leave me here
                                                               like this.
Your lifeless body in that hospice bed.
A scene re'seen wit every closing
                              o'these inflamed  eyes.

Just pain, pain, gross pain to last til the end of (my) livid days.

(& still, cannot accept nor find a small shard of peace in this shattered
lonely world of a shattered, bleeding mind).
All charred and ashen,
like such a death of child
is grief unrequited for the love
one once had for the world
                                                                                         when you were here,
                                                                                         (and us  together)
