CULTURE WAR

There’s a real war going on no one talks about its like the only thing the government is good for is a grudge and a pout.
So no relying on them to correct the problem seems exploitation is the only way to find a path to solving.
Poverty ,oppression ,ignorance and self hatred all created to keep us forsaken .
So look at American freedom and sulk babies having babies ,babies killing babies ,and babies forced to be adults.
From the light skin girl to the dark skin girl debating who is best over hair that curl.
To the kid on the block who uplifted for selling his people a rock.
To the mama aching for attention to the point she put that man over her children.
To the dead beat dad with not a care in the world near or bound.
While little boys grow up in the dark as there minds develop to sound.
The cycled culture of people stuck if only we could change that cycle and get out this funk.
Create a better way to find that righteous path  and stop destroying ourselves.
I’m surrounded by words of excuses ,hatred ,and degrading.
Low morals little faith and lack of ambition with no debating.
A mind set that wants to be consistently good but when matched with success must require to be bad.
Hatred courses through the blood of those that have nothing to accomplish so its sad.
All because the thinking process has been poisoned to believe that we are less than what we can achieve.
Everyday a new black face is on the news from someone lost in the war now a mother must bereave.
So it’s a real culture war going on and which side are you on the ignorant or the knowledge.
Every day they build new prisons instead of schools and reform education to keep us out of college.
Will you spend your life fighting for what should be right  in the norm or will you on go in decline and linger in what is wrong.
Will you take the easy route in strife or fight for what is yours and owed in life
It’s a war going on.
