Rain
rain drops of Summer dripping from strands of hair
rivulets running down my body
chill bumps cover my skin
despite the heated air
standing nude under the open sky
feeling the rain come down
the gentle pit pat of falling drops
wind ruffling through wet leaves
combine to make a beautiful sound
I want, I need, I am coming undone
Hold me, hurt me, free me...allow me to be the one

Wow -- this emotional spill is very good
and
the image painted in my mind --
i wish i could (for real) stand naked in the rain
but i think a higher power would be zapping me
the lightning during monsoon's here are always
awfully close. the thunder claps shake my home

Thanks Harry! I actually had a friend give me an edit I liked on it better but I was half asleep and just submitted it. I'm going to add and revise with his help. But he's on the other side of the world so it might be a minute before we "get it up"! LOL
