twinkle sparkle glisten gleam
rumble tumble flowing stream
through the forest's darkened light
dappled sunflakes caught in flight

a world in heaven stars ablaze
in a warm and shimmering haze
one two three and then one more
always shining one to four

deities in plasma glow
in the sky they come and go
twinkle sparkle glisten gleam
there's no darkness, photons teem

spilling onto where we stand
bouncing back from where they land
into the darkness as a beam
starlight's shining in between

worlds in heaven stars ablaze
full of wonder and amazed
dappled sunflakes caught in flight
star deities are quite a sight
