SOMETIMES DEAD IS BETTER
There is a place beyond the cringe of sanity
At the end of the bleakest path when you're too far gone
A graphic reminder of remains of families
Broken with dearly departed names chiseled on tombstones
I swear I can't go on like this
Cause the terror in my eyes show me
The dead look reflecting beside me
Don't judge me on my last letter
Because sometimes
Sometimes
DEAD IS BETTER
She had such a merciful heart
I traded it for a hellbound one
Now revived in the sour ground
To kill everything beneath the sun
Leave morality in the cairn
Putridfy the thing that makes you human
And sever the ties that bind
Violence becomes deliverance
AT HOME AMONG THE DAMNED
There is remembrance at the Sematary
Echoing whispered footsteps from a desecrated home
I hear a childish giggle demented with tyranny
Don't say my name with your lips decayed from beneath the gravestones
Cause the terror in my eyes show me
The dead look reflecting beside me
Don't judge me on my last letter
Because sometimes
Sometimes

The night comes alive with cacophonous thunder
Bare witness to the tragedy of brutality
And record the deeds in a novel of murder
